there is a sprite that is smaller with a fixed bed option think its the alpine the musketeer has one to  but a wee bit longer have a looke at there site and you will get lenghts and layouts.

Well if it has to go in a standard size garage you will struggle. Pretty much it's Eriba only, and when I researched this myself (a few years ago, admittedly) it was only the Puck or Triton that would fit in my garage because of the height. Neither has a fixed bed iirc, both have "pop tops" which rise when on site.

the new folding caravan from pennine folding campers also has a fixed bed though there is very little space in there! 

And the silver Triganos look great and easy to manage. 

Height wise a standard caravan may be a problem for many garages.

We fit a large folding camper into ours though and that comes with two fixed beds though you do need to put the camper up first lol
