Hi,

Can anyone suggest where I might be able to purchase a used Alko secure lock with the insert (no 20) to suit our new Bailey Provence. We would like to get one before collecting the new van but don't have the cash to pay £240 for a new one at the moment!! Have tried ebay but none on there......any ideas? Bailey are doing some deals on some of the other inserts but not the number 20 sadley!

Is the No. 20 a stabiliser or hitch lock you need?  At £240 it sound more like the complete stabiliser. It may help if you could provide a link with a photo.

im after a no19 ,ebay seems best bet at the moment.

I agree keep a close eye on ebay. We had one of the alko locks on our GT60 and just checked several times a day and one appeared. I asked the seller if he had a buy it now price and got it for £50, so if you find one dont just let auction run without asking. I've also seen them advertised in Practical Caravan mag, CC website and Preloved.

I was confused as the OP didn't actually say it was a wheel clamp. When the name Alko was used I automatically thought of a stabiliser or hitch lock. I have steel rimmed wheels on my caravan so I'm not familiar with Alko wheel clamps at all.

Hi Dazzler, its well worth looking on Preloved, thats where I got mine from, I'm pretty certain that was a No. 20.
