So we have the table that fits in the van, which is need to make up or bed.
My dilemma is....I need a table for when were on longer breaks and leave the bed made up.
I have a 4 and 5 year old so want it to be stable.
I'm thinking about a plastic patio type one, cheap though!
I'm thinking the legs screw off for storage and transport, and if we don't need it for that trip it can be stored under the van.
I did see the thread about the Argos one on offer and to be honest I bought it not wanting to miss out invade it was the right one...lol!!!! Can't resist a bargain. So I now need to make my mind up so I can return the Argos one.
Does anyone else use the plastic patio ones in a caravan??

we bought a collapsable lightweight alluminium one from Towsure, its a slatted top and is really stable. It cost about £34 so not cheap i know but really really light and fits into a bag approx 3' x 6'' x 6'' and we get 4 adults round it. Argos have the same one for £45 so its a no brainer .

I smile besause I have'nt a clue whats going on... appreciate everything in life especially your friends...
We bought one in a Super U in france and I think it will be predominantly used in France. Its a green sturdy drop leaf plastic table, the legs at either end fold out and prop up the table - its quite handy as if we aren't using it then we just drop the ends and it takes up no space in the awning.
I take a green plastic patio table with us.... I bought it last year as I specifically wanted a round one with an umbrella hole in the middle. It is fab, lightweight, and the legs pull off for storage

we use this one in white from lidl, shown folded best one we have had so far.
do them in green or white
I use a briefcase type 4 seating folding type had it years now. I think it was about £15. The only down side is constant opening and closing loosens the screws having to lock them up.

Jusy I am liking this, in wondering how stable it might be on typically uneven camping ground...... Compared to say a leg on each corner of a table......perhaps I'm thinking to much!!!!!!!!!

As you say, on uneven ground might not be that good. I am after a table too but will buy one with adjustable legs.
We have just bought the Quest Staverton with adjustable legs, it seems very sturdy. Would have liked the Westfield Campico but at over £100 opted for the Quest.
we managed to buy a Lafuma California off ebay for £20, seller even delivered it! Its got adjustable legs. Its fairly heavy but very sturdy, looking forward to using it at Easter. My inlaws have one and really rate it.
