I've got a charger plus on my Swift Island Iona, I think the lighter weight version would struggle
I guess adding a bar is even more weight to add to what is a very heavy addition to the chassis
My Rhyno mover has been reliable, always moves the van and I've been happy with the service from Rhyno, I fitted it myself, then swopped it onto the new van I purchased last year

I have a Charger on my 1450kg Hymer and it does everything I could want it to. Up till very recently I would have recommended them without question, however, I believe that they recently went into liquidation and have restarted up as a fresh company. Make what you want of this.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
Hi I have a lunar stellar had the rhyno plus fitted by rhyno came at fixed time and was fitted I about 2 hrs. Not having actuation bar causes no problems plus it has a lifetime no quibble guarantee for peace of mind

My Rhyno is three years old with a lifetime warranty which is now worthless as the company I bought it from " Rhyno" went bust. They have reopened with the same staff in the same place but any warranties that were made previously are worth about as much as a sheet of toilet paper.

I used this firm to install a Purpleline Enduro 2 MM on my little van. It came with free fitting, a price match with their cheapest mover (a Titan, scroll down to find the price), parts and labour 5 year guarantee. Very please with it and does have the cross actuation bar. It has put 35kg onto the payload, but then my caravan is very lightweight. I had to have drop plates fitted which were extra on the cost, but altogether paid £680.
Let us know how you go on! I wish I had the tech knowledge and strength to DIY. Crossing my fingers for you too.
Going away with mine for the first time next week, providing there are no major floods on the way by then! I'll let you know how it performs when I get back.
Enduro now fitted... Thanks to a helping hand from dad who had fitted a couple of movers previously (and he was an electrician). It did take about 5-6 hours on Saturday but then again I dont think my hangover helped much
Still, it is on and works, although I might need to tweek the 20mm gap again as it appears to have moved to about 25-30mm. Needing a torque wrench to tighten rather than just my standard ratchet.
All in all very please and looking forward to its first outing and saving my clutch
I bought a Rhyno Charger last year and had it fitted by one of their own fitters. After three outings the mover failed to move the 'van as it required adjustment. I had a very poor response from the makers who effectively disclaimed any responsibility. I cannot recommend this product.

Well I'm back and just remembered this post! I was worried that after a week the l. battery would be too low to put the caravan back on the drive. I was wrong! It swung on with ease and back into its space with no effort on my part whatsoever.
I am now going to say what many have said before me - I wish I'd done this years ago! It's worth every penny.
I have bought a new l. battery just in case, which I keep at home, as the hardest part of my journey is the coming home and getting it onto the drive, which is now no longer a worry!
A little update and wondering if anyone can help with my enduro 2.
When trying to use the mover the remote would beep and the green led on the remote would constantly flash and the caravan would not move. I had to turn it all off and try again. It did work this time for a few seconds then it stopped, beeped and flashed again. This went on intermittently until I gave up and pushed the caravan into position.
Please can you advise what could be causing this as the battery is a fully charged 105ah leisure battery and I am unsure if this is a fault
I also sent the above to the company that supplied it to me. Still waiting. On a reply
Cheers
