one guy on here bought one and last i heard he was going to trading standards as there were lots of faults.if you are interested take an mobile engineer with you.

They would need to auction them to find their true value.
What would help would be to get independent engineer's
reports on the caravans to see if they are basically sound
& likely to last for a good few yrs then they might be
worth buying for a reasonable price for anybody who would
want to keep caravan for an extended period, 15yrs or
more.

From what I can gather the faults on these caravans have
been fairly minor & could be sorted ok in a workshop so
provided body is structurally sound they should be a good
bet at the right price.

I don't think that looks matter in the slightest.  What matters is good build quality and reliability, and judging from Mawkwind's experience both are lacking in the Stealth.
