I have finished the inside make over of our new to us caravan shes not as wild as cany was but i think she looks comfy and cosy i have recoverd the seats and made new curtains and added my crochet throws and place mats and knitted tea cosy and all my cushions

this was how she was when we got her very nice but i cant touch valour never mined sleep on it so a change was needed 1024

new curtins and seat covers there siped at the back so i can take them off and wash them they were tricky to do as they have button detail to hold the origanl fbric inplace but i could not do that and make them removable

not gone to crazy on the outside of the caravan just a few roses. but we have match her with the tranist and my new mobility scooter lol

That looks lovely. I also make tea cosies and crochet covers. But you curtains and covers look very nice. Just some bunting now.

I have crocheted some bunting but its not finished yet so I have decided to leave it till we go away in her as its a handy project to take with me. We don't take a tv in the caravan so always take stuff to do

Yes you do it also has a log book issued by dvla it's an £80 fine if you do not display your tax did on a class 3 scooter

Hi I think your caravan looks fab we have an old 1993 caravan which we love and only purchased last year we love her but I would love some new curtains as ours are velour pink how easy was it to replace them as when I have looked on line they are so expensive.

ours were a pink/peach valour yuk lol. it was easy to make the curtains I used took them off the tracks some of the heading tape that was on our had gone brittle in the sun but I saved over jade of it and reused it as it was the type with the bobbles on that pop into the tracks top and bottom. The rest of the tape I got of eBay. I just used the old curtains for size don't forget to add a bit all the way round for hems. And your just sewing squares or rectangles. The only thing I did by as the tape was thick plastic was leather sewing machine needles. But that was it.

I love the inside of your van. Did you knit/crochet the fpot of lowers? If you did which patern did you use?

It's a tea cosy with flowers on I just did it free hand basket stitch then to fit my tea pot then added flowers and leaves
