Doesn't matter who it belongs to, the van was going too fast and I agree, it doesn't look windy either.

You don't actually see what sets it off. The van did not actually turn over so presumably driver ok, just shaken up a bit? Tbf with the small amount of footage shown its hard to draw any conclusion really. The speed does not appear excessive, it is matching the speed of the truck in front which will be doing 56mph.

Yep the speed seems consistent with the lorry so circa 60mph. I tow at that speed on motorways so not excessive in my opinion.
Perhaps a blow out or some other failure. It could happen to anyone of us.

the caravan did go over,and looks like something was wrong there,loaded wrong or badly maintained.And whoever sees a lorry doing 56 mph,im out all day everyday with works van and struggle to pass most at 70 mph.Its just a meaningless sticker on a lorry.Thats why i prefere twin axel,they tow great,very sturdy,and a blowout is not such a bad thing.Personally,i think mot,s for vans should be bought in,they can be as dangerous as cars and cause a danger to others,and often caravans get neglected more than cars do as they are used as much

Rubbish!
Modern LGV vehicles are governed to 56MPH.a large proportion to 53MPH and have tachographs to record their speed.
There are heavy fines and transport managers risk their jobs if their drivers break the law and they don't do anything about it.
I normally follow lorries when I tow and set my cruise control to match their speed, the only time I have come across any speeding is on a downhill section and then by very little.
There is evidence of this by the amount of posters complaining about tailbacks caused by lorries overtaking in the 2nd lane at 53MPH and caravans cant O/take them.
