So when I'm levelling my caravan I use my motormover to drive the caravan up the ramp. However when the caravan starts to go up the ramp it twists the whole caravan to the side without the ramp on it. Has anyone any ideas how to stop this? I feel like going out and buying a Kojack or a Bulldog. TIA
It sounds like one of the rollers are not engaged onto the tyre which is allowing the caravan to twist. If both rollers are fully engaged then the movement should respond to the remote button operation. Do you have to manually engage the rollers by use of a lever or is it fully automatic?

I have the same 'action' and there is nothing with my mover. Once on the ramp I use the direction button, not forwards or backwards, and the caravan straightens itself as it goes up. Takes a bit of practice
Okay, so maybe one of the pins in the rollers have sheared then allowing the roller to free spin. The way to check that is get the remote control and spin the rollers without engaging them onto the tyres to see if they both spin independently.
If they both work satisfactorily I would try moving the caravan up the ramp with the left wheel first and then remove the ramp and do the same with the right side and see see if there is a difference.
As you are saying that Tango there is times when I have engaged the rollers and have been moving the caravan back onto pitch and the caravan has went down a ditch, as I have been moving it back the caravan went to one side. It's probably to do with the roller not even?
The caravan moves left and right fine, you think it's just that one side had more contact on the tyre than the other? Maybe if I wind the rollers on a bit more will that fix the problem?
You have to think logically the way a motor mover operates which is identical to a military tank or vehicle with caterpillar tracks. When the left track is locked, the right spins round and visa versa so if the caravan twits one way or the other then it possibly could be that one of the roller is not performing effectively. However, as mentioned in a post above, it does take a bit of practice but understanding how it functions makes it much easier to manouvre.

Well spotted Ray. I just looked at the OP's outfit description and then had a look on Google Images which confirms it's a twin axle which I have no experience with.
