At that budget you will need to keep scouring the auctions and free ads etc.
Unlike cars caravans are made in small numbers, so recommending one will be difficult.
There is no best trouble free make. Every van you view needs going over with a good nose and a fine toothed comb.
Have a good smell and check every nook and cranny for damp. Beware sellers that give the unladen weight or just say yeah your car will tow it fine.
I would expect an owner to know how everything works and would avoid anyone that doesnt know where all the switches are etc.
