You could buy some deep foam block cut to the sizes of your existing upholstry and cover it yourselves. It would certainly work out cheaper than a full rehupolstry job, and you could get rid of the offending knee roll shaping at the same time if you so wished, leaving you with a flat smooth surface to sleep on.
Maybe make some big oversized pillowcase type covers for each piece, which fleece type fabric is ideal for, not too expensive, lots of shades to choose from, and warm and soft to the touch, also removable for machine washing should you suffer any spillages.
Online suppliers such as E-Foam are often more reasonably priced and will cut any shape to order. A medium to firm grade should be ok depending on your preference, but dont be tempted to buy the foam crumb block, its rock hard and very heavy due to the amount of bonding adhesive used in its manufacture.
