Hi all,

just wondering if there is anybody out there that can send ne some information on the Avondale perle Ulysses. I have just got a 1995, but it has not got any infomation with it. Can anybody maybe(please) scan and send,any info on the weights, electrics, battery, ect, ect.

Please be a bit more specific on what details you require. I have the Avondale owners manual but I have also owned the van for over a year so know a little about it now which I may be able to help with.

When you say the fridge doesn't work on electric are you sure?,the fridge makes no noise when on and it is extremely difficult to tell if it is on by placing your hand in to feel the cold. The best way to test it is by placing some water etc in there for approx 12 hours and seeing if it gets cold. If it still doesn't work try checking the trip switch, I seem to recall the fridge is on the same swicth as some sockets. As for the water heater I do not think it will work from 12v as it draws too much current, it only works on gas or mains. The switch you are referring to is for the gas operation of the water heater only, there are 3 L.E.Ds which light up in different sequences and colours to tell you when the unit is working or if there is a fault. If you want I can scan the info from the manual and send it to you regarding what the L.E.Ds mean.
