Thank you everyone for such really good suggestions - which we are taking on board. I have a list as long as my arm of things to pack, and have included all the bits suggested above but I am sure there are lots of things we will forget. Tested all the equipment over the past few days so we know we will be warm and can put on the kettle when we want a cuppa. Just hope the weather holds - keeping fingers crossed.
