Not wanting to hyjack this thread and change the subject but in my experience the majority of external companies and institutions that I have dealt with have always requested a payment for my company to advertise  their endorsements on our products, which in some cases habeen £3500 for three years!. If this is not the case (which you state it isnt) then well done to Bailey for getting free advertising. Just as a matter of interest do Bailey say Care-avan are the only products to use therefore reciprocating the acknoledgement I wonder?

Bought some cleaner today and also the window cleaner, will give it a try at the weekend.

i swear by auto glym shampoo and super reisen polish but then again they have just brought out a aqua wax which is good aswell

          I am just glad to find a cleaner that Bailey appear to reccommend, I do use Fenwicks and I like it but am willing to give this try. I like the fact that the window cleaner is especially for plastic windows and easy to use, I am very wary of using anything on them and am aware that it could damage them long term by using household products.

 To the person that said about blatent advertising, hello,there are lots of  people on this forum, i.e site owners, trades people e.t.c that post, and why not it's for everyone.

       Hello, sorry only just noticed your post.

    Yes I did try the window cleaner on the inside and it was very good, as I said in one of my last posts it is nice to know you are using something that is made for the job. I must admit it smells very much like mr muscle which I use for my house windows but have never dared to use it on my caravans. I did ring thier help line and ask if you could use it for plastic windows and they said it hadn't been tested on plastic so they wouldn't commit, so I stayed well clear. 

 Haven't used the Caravan wash yet, (bit lazy in my thinking that if I do it now it will want doing again before we go away in it in a few weeks time ) also use the window cleaner on the outside then. I will let you know.

   Do I get discount for aiding and abetting?

I thought of calling our product "muck off" but didn’t think the name appropriate for caravanners as there is enough people like Clarkson around without me adding to it. The ”F" in Fenwick stands for Formula and is a closely guarded secrete-- but you know  how things  get misconstrude-- there is also a "C" it stands for customer who we go to great lengths to look after --- cheers and thank's ----OMF
