oh dear i hope someone does have knowledge to help you, we are all here to help each other and our dealers sometimes let us down dont they?

Some messages on here are coming across as rather 'pompous' please be aware when you make replies so we can keep the friendly atmosphere going.

I eventually had the front windows replaced under warranty in July 2008 (3rd year of warranty) a few days before taking the van to Slovenia for 3 weeks, and they threw in a couple of other repairs not covered by warranty and washed the van, all free of charge because of the delay. When I asked the service guy what was the cause of the problem, I was told that there was a faulty batch of windows produced in 2005 by the window suppliers to several manufacturers that was affecting other vans as well as Baileys. All sorted now, although I am still waiting for the kit to etch the windows to arrive, despite several reminders!  

This problem hasn't spoiled our use and enjoyment of the van, overall I still think the Bailey Senator Indiana was a good buy.
