What a great idea. Pigginshelly and I are off camping for a couple of days on Tuesday so if you see two people waving like mad things from a fourtrak attached to a caravan in the lakes next week it might be us. Give us a wave!!

 I must confess I often wave but its usually at the twerp who has just overtaken me

suicidally,and cut in to close, so my wave is most often of the two finger variety

I have to admit that I don't wave, there are just too many vans out there on the road, but I keep up a running commentary to my hubby as to what make/type of van is passing on the opposite carriageway! He calls me a Caravan Anorak! I would wave to a van that is identical to ours though, but have not come past one yet in a position where I could wave.

Wife and kids like to wave and smile, while I do the towing  - never yet have a wave back - but the kids always shout C A R A V A N when they see one - keeps them amused on the journey.  We will continue to wave and wait for a friendly wave back!

On our first outing with our Piper we were pitched  and another Piper was towed in.
The owner of the other van stopped in fornt of us looked across and said "SNAP"

Needless to say we've never seen another one since.  Any other member got one?

we wave :) but coming back from Woolacombe on saturday we forgot to wave and these other vanners coming towards us were waving like loonies we waved back of course :O) so if you were on the A361 going towards Barnstaple waving happily hellooooo!!

Hi ,we live by the tv mast well in the village so when I see that I know i,m nearly home,mind you ,you have moved to a beautiful part of the country but don't be losing that yorkshire accent seemingly people with a yorky dialect are more intelligent than the rest of the country according to a new survey Eeh bah gum!!!!!!!
