If you want to sort out pensions you need to talk to DWP. The department of works and pensions is its full title, they should be able to help or point you in the right direction, they are very helpful people, I used the Birmingham one, but you will need the one in Nottingham. If you ring the Birmingham number that I have 08457 123456 and tell them you need the DWP telephone number for Nottingham Area they will help you. Its a start!
