The shower head unscrews easy enough, just don't lose the washers out of it, take them out first.
I'm not entirely sure what a "no brainer" is but I assume it means something that's totally obvious to anyone, even a complete moron. Sorry, not to me - it's just insulting.
It is fairly high up for someone who is not very tall and lifting 10 or 20L containers can be difficult.
I don't have a problem but my wife might. The 5 litre can has a good long spout, is small enough to stow under the van or in the external locker when travelling!

We or should I say OH use a watering can (dealing with toilet is a mans job imo!!). Our caravan doesn't have a window in the shower anyway, but passing the shower through a window and using that sounds like a bit of a palaver to me!

I'm not very tall and haven't found it particularly high on any of the vans I've had - but I wouldn't bother putting 10 or 20L at a time in - it would only need emptying again when we packed up. A kettle full is plenty.
Faffing around with the shower and a window seems like a lot of bother, and many vans don't have a bathroom window - or a shower, or both.

If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, just keep going till you go round the bend.
We use a watering can as well. Our van doesn't have a window in the shower room, although we never put enough in to warrant using the shower anyway. I'd rather top it up as we go along than empty litres of it out at the end of our trip!
Using the shower is certainly NOT a 'no brainer' - our shower is on the off-side of the 'van, bathroom window is at the back and toilet on the near-side - I'd love to see those people who think using the shower to fill the tank is so easy and obvious it's a no-brainer manage with that layout!
Watering can suits us as it fills the tank and, as we only use our own loo, the tank-full is almost always used over the course of a weekend. Horses for courses.
We've got a couple of those cheapy plastic camping water bottles - the type that fold up, hold about 15litres, about £4 from Asda. Got 2, 1 we fill with water on site to fill the flush tank & 1 we fill before we leave with water & milton - clearly marked! - to put through the cold water system & clean out the aquarolls when we arrive whilst setting up - may seem a bit OTT, but have a 9month old still on formula, so want to avoid any risk of bugs in the water system, even though we boil all her formula water. We also change the filter everytime - but do DIY filter renewing with the filtapac kits to keep costs down.
------------- Bringing up baby to be a seasoned caravanner - we bought one to holiday cheaply - working well so far - & caravanners are lovely - helped us on our virgin voyage & our awning!!!
Thetford C2 & C4 have a storage compartment for toilet paper on the left hand side as you site down. this pulls out so you can fill it up there. no need to go out side.
I am think of making it so it auto fills from caravan water supply
