The stand and the disc combine to support and secure the caravan. You need both.
Re the bolts, it's been that long since I bought mine that I can't be a 100% sure but I do think that price is for a set. Phone the company and ask, I found them very helpful. I found the two screw guides the also sell were very helpful when refitting the tyre, not sure if that is the correct name for them but it's something similar to that.
Someone asked why it isn't sold secure listed. It used to be but I believe that when it came time to renew it's listing the company decide the cost was not worth it. I was a little surprised to find out that Sold Secure charge a fairly substantial amount for the initial testing of the product followed by annual fees to keep it listed. Again the annual fees are quite heavy. I was told the figures but would be struggling to accurately remember them.
