I think all Lunar Lexons have a problem with the heating. We have taken ours back to the dealer umpteen times and they were never able to resolve the problem.
Luckily we met up with Gary at New Year who showed us that the heater was not at fault, it was the fact that on the Lexon loads of cold air entered the caravan via the fridge vents and into the cupboards on the same side as the fridge as the back of the cupboards were not sealed.
Also cold air was allowed to flow around the frdige which caused colling problems even though we had winter vents fitted. Blocking up this flow of cold air resolved the problem.

We have caeramic element fan heater which warms the van very quickly as all the heat is direct from it, if it is very cold we use that instead, also good in the awning!

Getting a Pegasus soon, apparantly they are much warmer!

Have you adjusted the flap on the rear of the fan to direct more heat to the front?
