eBay is probably the best way to go if you need to move it quickly.
Be totally honest about the damp and things which don't work and take plenty of good quality photos. Make sure you have the correct sizes and weights too.
Remember that it is only going to go down in value so be realistic about the price. It's an old van with problems and will probably be bought either by someone looking for a cheap first van or possibly as a DIY project.
What you paid for it doesn't really come into the equation - at the end of the day it is only going to be worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it. I would say a mid - high 3 figure sum (£600-£800) would be a realistic expectation.
