Lol i'm the same I have good intentions of housework but never quite get there, the van however is a different matter just got back today from a weekend away unpacked the van, hoovered it polished it straightened the curtains clumped the cushions... Well my house is not very tidy, despite my good intentions however when in the van I constantly want to tidy up - I even enjoy it.
We're back from our hols but today I've been in the van had all the carpets out to give a good vacuum and got all the bits up that were under the carpet, in the storage areas etc and it all looks lovely for the next trip I just wish I found tidying at home so satisfying!

Glad it's not just me then  The thing is when you have cleaned the van and it is ready for the next trip what excuse can you use to avoid cleaning the house?

Ah well, better do something constructive then...or shall I search for a site to try later in the year?

Cleaning the van is soo much  more rewarding as it is

1 - finished quicker

2 - less work

3 - no guilt at what is not done

Get the picture. 

I'm fortunate and keep the van in my workshop so it is never really in storage but in use all year round.

But at this time of year the internal tanks are filled (hot and cold water tanks) and I get it ready for its first outing, which is this coming weekend.

We're the same and actually I find that the other half is more helpful when we are away? Anyone else notice that?

I find I'm not the only one doing the washing up or tidying which is nice!
