as for the wastemaster I can't remember the last time it was connected, I usually just let it run onto the grass.
I don't let it run onto the grass as it can kill it if the water is hot.
We have a pipe which I try to direct into a hedge or near a tree. On some site they are not connected to the main sewer so I can see no point in wasting what is only grey water. On a couple of Cls we go to they ask us to water the hedge.

I am always confused by people who use 2 aquarolls as the wastemaster is about the same capacity as an aquaroll so to my mind, doubling up will just cause your wastemaster to overflow.
As so many people run 2 aquarolls I must be missing something fundamental.
Ah, but this is where we can be smug Pegasus owners and use the onboard reserve tank for such occasions and swap water supply from inside the van!
Im with the others on the no-drink-aquaroll thing.....I go gypsy style and use milk churns outside and stainless water jacks inside.Mind you,I do own two aquarolls - they came with a 1976 buccaneer about 10 years ago.One has the usual, large hole for filling and so on but the other has a smaller, just over an inch opening.I was told that they were originally marketed as one for water and the small-hole one for waste.Apparently you were supposed to lay it on its side with the "spout" upwards, chocking it somehow to avoid it rolling away.Or so I was told........
We also use two but just swap the pipe over if it runs out, it's really handy not HAVING to go to the tap when it runs out, we just fill up the spare when it's convenient, you can guarantee it'll run out when we're in the shower or its peeing down
As for drinking from it the only thing we drink from in the van is wine bottles
What you really need is a mini water processing plant, so it goes in from the aquaroll, through the processing plant and back into the aquaroll ready to be used again.
