we have had the water hog 3 years now & has been excellent particularly with the side filler/opening facility meaning you dont have to lift it through 90degrees to drop your filter/pump in when its full.bought a cheap wastemaster off ebay , just have to be careful as its full before the waterhog is empty
Bucking the trend - Aquaroll & 2 buckets for waste water for us ! I gave up with the wastemaster ages ago - heavy , awkward to store ,expensive, poor design & freezes up in cold weather . We were the only ones that could empty our waste water at new year ( add hot water tip bucket upside down voila one giant ice-cube !) Also easier to clean a 99p B&Q bucket out no nasty smells- the wastemaster always smelt rotten after being used regardless of how many chemicals were used to rinse it through
We have the waterhog and wastehog. Both carry 50 litres so need filling/emptying less often and with 5 of us that really helps. We fit our wastehog easily in the front locker and the waterhog in the bathroom. They both come in a pleasant light grey colour. I posted a similar post a while back as we wondered whether to go for the hogs or aquarolls and overwhelmingly nearly everyone said hogs - and we are so glad we did due to the extra they carry. I can also fill/ roll and empty them and i am only small and not a strong woman.
