As with some others no fixed bed but we upgraded to a Swift Charisma 590 twin axle earlier this year. Front bed takes seconds to make up and with fixed side bunks, dinette that converts to bunks and a huge end washroom and separate shower, its been the ideal family van for us. Had 5 brilliant weeks away in it this year, including a very cold week and it was fine. Highly recommended and well within your budget.
