 Updated news Discover have been in touch with Miriad again, on my behalf and they have agreed to supply the window. Credit where credit is due. Discover may have resolved this issue, just waiting for the parts to be ordered and arrived. As soon as fitted etc I will update.

well no credit here discover are still a shwr of $$$$ we now have sold old van and guy is picking it up saturday and discover promised us new window in 3-4 weeks 6 months ago are now saying oh we need a number again arrrrggggghhhhhhhhhh so i have spoken to the guy who is buying it and he is going to pursue the warranty claim himself thank god discover  i will never deal with again im afraid is there any dealer out there that any one has never had a bad wxperience with i wonder

Yep, we have had nothing other than great service from our dealer.

We are in Scotland where dealers are much thinner on the ground, so we have little choice.

I do think you need to be informed/keep on top of things/know what you are talking about to get good service from a dealer.

Ours would never try to pull the wool over our eyes, but one or two customers have not been so satisfied.
