We have leg rolls on ours and we dont turn them around to sleep on as we have two singles at the back which turn into a double if you want it in the rear lounge of our van but we dont even notice them, perhaps thay are made a bit smaller than they used to be but why do they make them with buttons i find them worse than the leg rolls, perhaps to stop the material sliding around but surely they could be made with just a stitch rather than a great big button that you have to sleep on.

I have tried the memory foam cover but I get too warm with that on so got rid of it.

good point,whats everyone do when making the bed? we have cushions material side up leg roll and all.use a thick over lay and a blanket to sleep on.tried it the other way round and although smoother found the bed hard.would go for a bed topper if we somewhere to put it.

We use a memory foam topper, its lovely. when not in use we keep it rolled up in the shower cubicle, which we never use.

thanks,can not do this as we use ours full time for the toilet.thinking about a zip up bag to go in the awning may be a way round it.or put it in the boot of the car.

Hi Michael

We have 2x 1inch thick memory foam toppers which we separate and fold into thirds then roll up and secure with a bungee cord so they fit under the seats during the day.  Have never slept better in the caravan since we got them! 

Found the 2inch version too bulky to fit underneath, but this works well.
