Sorry i dont have any piccys, but we have a pine forest around us, rhodadendrons att coming into flower along the hedrows in bright shades of Pink, Red and Purple, we have rabbits playing outside our caravan door, loads of pesky wood pidgeons cooing by the dozen, the cuckoo gives us an occasional shout, and the red kite came to take an ariel look at us as we sat out in the sunshine today.

The site is full to capacity, and some one has left two very nice Lafuma chairs out to gaurd their motorhome space for their return, they left them there just after breakfast and they have not returned yet, but their chairs are still in their place untouched, there are some wonderful honest and trust worthy people in the caravan club after all, and even though the site is full, its lovely and peacefull and quiet.

just got some pipe isulation to fill the gap, might be able to sleep a bit longer!!!

We wake up to Von Ryans express at about 5.30 each morning here in Pandy (Breckon Beacons). Just too darn lazy to get up and take a picture to post on here. Then as we are dropping off the 5.50 to Hereford comes zooming through..then the 6 o'clock to somewhere...then the 6.10 and the 6.30. Then it's about every half hour during the day. Thankfully we are off walking but one camper who stays around tells me it about every half hour.

The line is right next to the site and the sound echos round the van. Remember Alma Cogan..."The railway goes through the middle of the house"? (If so you must be knocking on a bit...but its a bit like that....

Still saw a Cuckoo yesterday...in the flesh...now there's a rare birding opportunity. We had a pair of Twites on site on Monday which, again, is a rarety. Plenty of Blackcaps and some Garden Warblers so we can put up with the Orange Blossom Special and the City of New Orleans (you need to know your country music to keep up!!!) every now and again. Oops there goes another one hurtlng towards Abergavenny.
