Hi Alison, I sort of agree with Steve, if the dealer is sorting it out under the garuntee's that he has given, then see how it goes from there. The dealers are really busy this time of year, and things do get overlooked, not that this is an excuse for poor service.
The van should have been supplied in good working order, it must be gutting when you get one with real problems.
It might be worth trying to get to the bottom of why its leaking during the repair though, a friend of mine has a three year old van from Bailey from new, which has had to have both the back and front panels replacing. Apparantly they had an issue with someone there over tightening the screws holding the panels on, which had cracked under the awning rail and were letting water in there. If this is a possible cause, then you really want the panels changing.
