Very bad experience would never deal with him again
Purchase a Sun awning size recommended by him that did not fit our caravan ? Sent it back for the size that would fit at our expense.

3-4 weeks later and I would say 9 calls it was shipped out. Again after 2 calls to get a receipt showing our return money as the new one was cheaper he had a go at me on the telephone saying that he had a bad morning.

After explaining I was the customer asking for a receipt he sent it to me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I've dealt with this company twice and have nothing but praise. The second time was when I was on a 6 week holiday in Cornwall and wasn't happy that my porch awning gave enough room.

Saw a Camptech air awning advertised on his site for a great price, rang him and it was delivered to site the next day!

I found him very helpful in providing advice and information on his products.
