We recently changed our caravan. The new one, a 2001 model came with a status aerial. The seller told us it would not pick up digital signals, but as it turned out, the only problem with it was that the coax braiding was shorting out inside the plug where it enters the booster. Once that was sorted, it works perfectly. We have used several aerials over the years in caravans and to date thew Status is the only one that has ever got a decent signal.
I know a lot of people dislike them and complain about them, maybe we just got lucky with this one, but I cannot fault it. I can get a better reception from the status aerial than I can from our house aerial.
We seem to have this one there also appears to be one with orange decals and apparently the parts are not interchangeable. Maybe the blue one is better.
