Oh thanks for that, never thought about that, does it work on humans? I wonder if it sucks away wrinkles? I've just turned 40 and they are setting in

Can I butt in here? I have never used a cover but have just bought one to use this winter as we will be leaving 'van in storage for the first time. My question - as we are still using the 'van untill the weekend, can we put the cover (breathable) on the 'van when wet? the forecast it not good.
My post earlier was more to do with the "scuffing" the cover would make on the corners/edges of the caravan when the wind got around the edges, causing a sandpaper effect as the cover moved with the breeze.
I would recommend a dehumidifier on "low", with a tubular heater to protect inside, without a cover.
Cover on wet? Check with manufacturer as it depends just what sort you have. Protec say you can with theirs

My cover was a protec and it did "scuff"some parts of the van including a window. They gave you little bits of foam to stop the corners rubbing through the cover, waste of time if the wind was high and it got below the cover as the foam shifted and left the sharp edge exposed.
Have covered for 5 years of winters. Jeff is right foam bits are useless. I use large lumps of bluetac over sharp edges. It stays on ok. Although covered I still remove the battery for winter. They are expensive to replace now!!!
