We got one last year aswell and as you say great piece of kit. Two downsides is you are using your own gas rather than paid for EHU I guess, and the skottel and griddles are a PITA to clean properly. Picking up a Paella pan this week that was price matched at Go Outdoors as have heard this is the most versatile optiion if you only want to take away part of the carri Chef set up (and easier to clean as proper non stick!)

If you find it difficult to clean why not by a non-stick cooking liner - doesn't have to be the cadac one. Easier to clean and when it gets past it's sell by date, replace it.

Our fitted oven is useless. It took about 45 mins to warm garlic bread enough to melt the butter, meanwhile the awning was sub tropical. I did a bit of research and had a look at what others had and decided to get a Remoska. Since then I've picked up a 12l Halogen for a tenner when TJ's closed down.
Pros and cons Remoska
Low power demand, quick to reach temperature, retains moisture, cooks anything that you would in an oven at about 180, easy to keep clean
Lid gets very hot and is awkward to hold, doesn't crisp things very well, expensive to buy, rack and shallow dish are expensive extras
Pros and cons Halogen
Range of temperatures, quick to heat up, easy to clean, crisps food well, cheap
Uneven cooking if too full, smaller capacity than you'd think, Noisy.
Of the two I definitely prefer the Remoska which is a relief as it was ten times dearer I've used it daily while the halogen has been used a handful of times.
