I totally agree with dazzer - invest in a couple of Raskelf Duvalays.
Absolutely love mine (I have the 4" winter one) and always sleep well.
Us also. Only because of my spine injury I needed 2 x 2" I already had one on each of our beds at home. So use them, plus got another 2 from Raskelf with the zip covers on. On the fc we can leave them on all the time as we do not have to put our beds away till pack up time.
So cosy and comfortable do not like getting up in the morning. But the birds singing and people bustling around up to the showers etc. Soon gets us up.Worth the extra money especially if your inclined to have more weight on you as they keep their shape always and cheaper one do not if your weightier.Got them when we had the caravan
I've been nagging the OL to pick up a mattress topper as I find the cushions on the chair bed we use at the front of the van a little firm.
She's just picked up sale unit from Dunelm, it's a Dorma king sized Duck feather and down one, reduced down to £50 from £100. Well worth a look if your looking for one. Can't wait to try it out.

Looked (and laid on!) The raskelf ones at the show last week, very nice and comfy but also very pricey. There was another company there that do full van refurbs, they were far more informative about the foam, density etc.. They were also £60 cheaper that raskelf s £253!!!!(king size) As much as they're comfy not sure my budget will stretch....in fact there isn't a budget!!!!!! But I have to have a comfy sleep some how :)
------------- Fab time in France again.... Roll on next year!
double memory foam topper and cover off ebay (£35ish) and then use double sleeping bag. I can generally sleep on anything but OH back starts to play up after a couple of nights without the topper.
Do bear in mind the amount of room they take up! we roll ours up and then it just about fits under one of the lounge seat and we can squeeze in the sleeping bag as well......but it does need some squeezing in.
I just throw a sheet over the cushions & put a duvet on top of me. Mine are very comfortable.
I used to do just that!
But we did eventually put on a memory foam topper - this was only because we had one on the bed at home and then ended up buying a memory foam mattress, rather than throw the topper out I trimmed it down to fit our bed in the van.
TBH I would not go back to using just the cushions on there own.
