This might sound really sad of me, but I would love to see this 'van. I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to caravan systems, especially when some previous owner (or several previous owners) have put in their own "bright ideas".
I've been toying with separate pumps for hot & cold feeds on mine, but as it's only a 2 berth & is only likely to have me using it, I can't see it's that necessary. Although I would like a little more pressure on the shower.

its only a 2 berth. i use it when working away and 2 or 3 holidays a year occasional long weekend.i must admit all the tinkering is me.couldnt justify new van so added first electric plinth heater. then new worktops, smev sink with glass lid, 2 Ring Premier Range 30cm Black Glass Built-In FSD LPG Gas Cooker Hob A-Series. new double oven. 2 mini heki rooflights.sattelite system. bbq gas point external socket.and now the wet room.
I've fitted those C200 toilets which work off the water system on boats before, they're quite commonplace, & it's only the flushing water.
Both the ones I fitted on boats were fine & never gave any problems. It shouldn't be possible to ever get a back feed from the loo, & nothing on the system ever gave me any concern with this.
Germs and bacterium can leech back without any actual back-feed of water from the loo. I'm not saying the percentage risk is great, but I prefer 100% no risk.
i cant see it there is no water storage on loo whatsoever. it has no cistern.there is as much risk of Germs and bacterium finding their way to your wash basin by flushing any loo wether the lid is up or down. that why they say keep your toothbrush at least 6 foot away from a flushing loo.how many have a seperate cold water feed to their loos in their bathrooms none probably.how many folk still have header tanks in the loft, dead flies and god nows what else in it.so thats the water they clean their teeth in unless they use kitchen sink as thats normally off the rising main. think i will be safe.
