The reason we bought the caravan was for the cooker, shower loo and comfort,We were tenters,we use our van 100% for everything thats what they are for arn't they.If friends come with us they will use the site showers and loos,
Yep use everything in the van we bought our van with the fact that most of our caravanning is done on minimum or none at all facility sites, as these are cheap and more importantly usually are set in the most beautiful countryside.

I don't have the luxury of a shower or oven in my little van but I always use the sink for washing up (I have to boil a kettel to get hot water) and I have a Porta Potti which I also use. I do use site facilities so I can have a nice shower but I am equally happy having a good strip wash in the van.
not used the shower yet as would rather have plenty of hot water than try and manage with the limited supply in the van however i would use it if we went on a rally with no facilities then i would have no qualms at using it .We use everything else in the van hmmmm not used the radio yet !!
Depends - usually we use everything but the shower, however we're using more sites with no facilities so use the shower then.
Only really use it on site if available cos I like a long shower!

Our van is what's known as an "entry level" spec. We have used everything apart from shower and oven so far. We are happy using site facilities and wear crocs or flip flops in showers. We went for small bathroom as we wanted more living space to share with our teenager. Just upgraded from FC so it's nice to have a toilet for night time. We wash up in van apart from BBQ stuff. Guess it's all down to personal preference really.
We don't use the shower and tend to use it for storage. I'm not against using the shower but we have very little storage space and we now put a set of plastic drawers in the shower cubicle for clothes.
I would use the oven but it's useless. Took 40mins to lightly warm a baguette. I've now got a remoska and the oven has become a bread bin
I wash up after a cuppa or snack in the van but we actually quite like walking off with our crate of dirty dishes to wash up on site. If it's raining I wash up in the van.
The toilet gets used but we use the site facilities more often than not.
I like knowing that we could manage if the facilities were too far away but it's a small van for four large people and it's just easier to use site facilities.
