I'd change the heading from:
Swift Challenger 480 Top Of The Range Caravan Two Berth 2006
to:
2006 Swift Challenger 480 Two Berth Caravan with Motor Mover
People who search for 'motor mover' will then find it. The mover should be a big selling point for your van.
Re the price, it needs to show a significant saving vs a dealer, bearing in mind the dealer price will have negotiation built in. If your price begins with a '6' you will have the competitive edge.

Couples are tending to go for the 4 Berths these days, with a fixed bed.
Add a big end washroom and that's what most people want.
I am in the market for a 2 berth - or, a 4 berth .... the 4 berths give you the space and fixed bed generally .... the 2 berth gives you the washroom with wardrobes in etc.
2 Berth buyers are after the big washroom - emphasise that point as much as you can ... the Motor Mover is a definate plus point and worth shouting about (as long as you can show it working of course).
On a personal note .... a Private Sale would have to be at the very least 25% under a Dealer Screen Price AND give an Awning, Bottles, Battery, etc.
The Dealers I have been talking to will knock 10% OFF the Screen Price almost without asking ..... if you have no Part Ex. they throw in a Starter Pack of brand new essentials, they will also put a Motor Mover on at near cost price (£499) to secure the deal. You get a service, a warranty and everything should/will work as it should.
Everything sells - it's just the price that varies.

We have a 2 berth, bought last year and the same layout as yours so def. a market for them.
We were looking at 2 and 4 berths. We don't keep ours at home but it does fit on the drive if we want to bring it back, also didn't want to tow a large van. Ours looks quite dinky when we pitch as some vans are huge! It has everything we need though and is pure luxury after the tent!!
Your van looks lovely, good luck with the sale!

Thanks for all the advice, we are having to change it as my OH has MS, we were looking at the motorhome route, as we wanted ease when coming and going,I don't mind towing and doing what needs to be done if he is ever unable to help me,however hubby ideally needs a fixed bed, 90% of the time he's ok, with just the symptoms that he has to live with, but sometimes he gets quite fatigued, and needs a kip when this happens, and it would be nice for him to have a lay down on a bed in the day and rest if he needs to, and I like the idea of not having to make the beds up everyday tbh. So we've decided a fixed bed is what would suit our needs, this van we buy now will have to be our last van for a very long time, eventually it will be a MH, but as he's still working and able bodied atm, we are just going to change the van.Giving up vanning isn't an option, he's so much better when we get away and relax, and having a fixed bed allows my son to come if he ever wants to ( although at 18 that's unlikely lol) and sleep in the front.
Not what we expected to happen at 40 but hey that's the hand we've been given so we deal with it.And as you can see that's why we have to get as much as we can for it.
Fingers crossed it sells soon, it's nice to have something to look forward to.

Adopt a rescue, rescue dogs make great pets, don't support puppy farms.
The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.
