The last time we went in the winter. I used the evening to cook dinner. Then walk back and fore to the toilet block a few times. Then went to bed ealy.

were off on New years eve last trip till March as we are on a seasonal pitch so site closed Jan/Feb.

Since we have been seasonal we have really made best use of the van all year round and love been cosy warm when its frosty outside

We were away last weekend in our 15 year old van, warm as toast with the heating on even though the temp dropped to -4 below.  There were 3 other vans on the CL we were using.

Beats being at home.

Have just booked to go to Whitemead, Forest of Dean next weekend - can't wait! Pick up the new van (Unicorn 2 Cadiz) on Monday - will be sitting in it on the front drive every evening next week no doubt!!

Decided to join CMSA which seems a ridiculously good offer. Would cost £60 for the weekend (2nights) but as members it will be £30 - only £17 to join. If we recommend someone else to join we get £35 back in vouchers.

Just hope the weather will be as nice next weekend as it is now!

We are on a CL in Lancashire and there are 2 other vans on site. We have plumbed in water, the owners supply post has built in heaters apparently so the supply to it does not freeze and our filler hose has been lagged. Lovely and warm in our van. Agree with the toilet door comment though..
