Ours is on axel stands between trips so no weight on tyres or suspension
I always used to jack ours up and put a big section of RSJ under the axle each side to take the weight off everything too Phil, we only ever used our vans Whitsun to September so they would stand on one spot for months if I didn't put the RSJ's under, I used to put a thin piece of ply between the axle and RSJ to stop any risk of metal to metal slip. As we've sold up (for the foreseeable future) we've only got the RSJ's left.
I believe tyre company's are supposed to mark contact points and turn their racked stock more regular than Phil's suggesting but I could be wrong.
