Ok thats great the website i looked at had your van plated at 1450 kgs so around 95% It wouldnt suprise me if your car is heavier the higher the spec the heavier the car my car is over 100kgs more than the brochure weight.

Going off on friday and its looking like the mover's playing up. When I switch on and attempt to start, it just moves a little bit then stops and so on and so on?? Don't have the time to get it fixed by dealer so i'm going to have to resort to the traditional method.

Check the battery connections. Is the battery fully charged?

Dont forget knives, forks and spoons :)

It was one of those times when i came home friday and said quickly pack some stuff we are going away. :)

I did that a lot.   Silverstone MINI weekend that time.

Sounds daft but while I was setting up my van there was another van pulling up and he had a motor mover, it was making a right noise and very slow. I watched for five minutes and then called over jokingly , is the hand brake off.

Guess what, he had a little grin and said don't tell any one will you, he Released the hand brake and of it went.

So try the hand brake.

As grampian 91 says, the battery connection is usually the 1st area to look at.
Seen a couple of movers on our site with similar problem's. Battery connection was at fault

Yes, been there and done that one myself. Check the handbrake is off, check you have good batteries in the remote, clean the battery connections.

Well we had a lovely weekend in Settle and everything seemed to go ok. I even managed to successfully reverse on to the pitch although the clutch was making a horrible smell...eek is that normal? Need to get to grips with mover I think for next time. Also parked it up on returning home with little fuss...impressed myself!! lol. Would also like to mention the warden Neil at Langcliffe Park is a star and without his help it would've been a tougher experience.
