I have to say I love my Halogen oven I have cooked everything in it that I would have cooed at home including a full Christmas lunch when we were away. I did buy the extender ring which is very light but its great if you want to move the heat source away from the food and also expand the cooking area.

You can use the extender ring as a lid stand. We use ours in the awning on a camp kitchen stand. A bit more room to use it is always welcome and the kitchen area is then free to do other items on. At night from outside our awning, it looks like the Tardis is in there taking off
