You need to put a meter on your battery and when operating the mover see how much it pulls the voltage down. If dropping below 12v suggest to replace battery.

If your battery is fully charged and the mover is slow then its not the battery. If the mover starts fast and then slows then it might be that the battery hasn't enough capacity. Batteries ratings tell you how much charge they hold.
Do you use a decent charger to charge the battery, the onboard charger keeps it at a floating charge so that the battery doesnt gas off and boiul its fluid away.
It wont fully charge the battery, worth doing every few months.

Sorry for dragging up an old thread but we have just got our first van which has an Enduro mover on. I gave it the once over today & the outer bearing has completely disintegrated. So took the mover off and have got as far as removing the the end plate & dowels, but for the life of me I cannot get the roller off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
