The purchase of the Trigano is medically inspired and is only a trial. (We are having to adapt to cramped conditions)
Persevere! - it's a well documented fact that tramps and assorted indigents tend to feel extremely uncomfortable if they are plucked from their squalor and given an opportunity to enjoy little luxuries like mattresses and food that is not salvaged from dustbins.
They become restless - unable to sleep due to the wholly unfamiliar comfort, and often exhibit symptoms of acute claustrophobia when denied the streets and public parks that, hitherto, have been their home.
It's a problem well known to those who work for the betterment of such people, and it's clear that it has parallels with those being rescued from the clutches of Trailer Tent Addiction.
'TTA's, will often resist any attempt to help them - complaining bitterly that they *enjoy* being cold and draughty, that they have no need of a shower, or hot water.
Show them a warm, hygienic,, comfortable caravan bathroom - and these poor demented souls will stubbornly insist that they prefer a porta-potti balanced on a grass tussock (or even, in extreme cases, no porta-potti at all!)
Sufferers *can* usually be helped, though - and it's a matter of some satisfaction to to see that your own Therapist (clearly experienced in these things) has elected to begin your treatment by substituting a relatively Spartan caravan - certainly much better than a glorified cotton dish-cloth, but not luxurious enough to frighten you away before your treatment has properly commenced.
Take courage, resist those initially overwhelming impulses to sleep underneath a hedge, and your condition will improve on an almost daily basis.
To the point where. one day, you will feel able to own a *real* caravan, and all the wildly expensive 'Holtkamper' foolishness will be nothing but a dark and painful memory.
I've decided to pray for your recovery, btw.
