I eventually discovered what was wrong with my Phantom tracker. Having been told a complete lie that the unit was faulty I discovered that what had happened was that the company had changed from one network provider to multi network providers to apparently extend their coverage.
This had taken place PRIOR to my renewal premium being accepted but they failed to mention I would need a new unit (at considerable cost to me) as my old one was now obsolete.
I found the service provided by Phantom less than useless and totally inefficient with them failing to comply with their own protocols on every occasion.
Having discussed the matter with my insurance company they informed me that as the value of my MH had fallen below the £50k mark a tracker was no longer a requirement and that my renewal premium would not be increased as a result.
Needless to say I am no longer with Phantom and would neither contemplate using them in the future nor recommend them.
They provide a total useless false sense of security on probably your most valuable asset second only to your home.
