our caravan was serviced at our lovely dealers which is where we used store our van (til storage went up to £500)
so the dealer collects and returns the van to storage . when we went to collect the van from the storage after the service we thought the tyre looked low so drove it round (a swe were going on holiday)to have a moan at them ( as you do) of he said its not low you have a nail!! so when it was serviced it was perfect but on the way to storage (200m ish) it collected a nail .
these things happen they fixed it and we went on holiday

You crawl under the van/vehicle and look.
Just as I have been doing for the last 40 odd years.
Not now, not with your knees

As well is two words!

On a full service the wheels should be taken off and hubs so brakes can be properly serviced and checked,on Alco chassis the one shot Hub nut is replaced so if you where not charged for a new pair of Hub nuts I would question if a full service was carried out.

agree fully, how can you check brakes with the wheels on.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
Service on our folding camper was always including replacing the one shot nuts so wheels always came off.
First quote for our caravan service states price is plus the one shot nuts that need replacing when wheels are removed and brakes checked.
Not sure how you can check properly without removing the wheels either? Guess you can check pretty well on tyres as per Lobey if raised off ground but not brakes
I have just had my 2011 Lunar Delta Ti serviced and found it was supplied with 2009 tyres on it, what was the end result of your situation? Has any one else had this issue and how was it resolved?
Considering that the service manual states that the tyre pressure is 42psi, but the actual tyres have a maximum pressure of 36psi, I think that the tyres are an area of concern.
This part of the thread is for me by far the most worrying.
On the face of it the van is fitted with tyres specified well below what the van requires.
