Did they offer you a new battery or did you have to buy a new battery yourself? A flat flat leisure battery often won't take a charge after treatment like that.
Sorry to hear of this.
Hi Jax .... the company is going/gone bust ...... the lights were still on and the fan was still running ... so not completely flat .....
It's on charge, now, at home ..... and I'm justraying that it will be ok ....
Cheers
Pete
If your charger doesn't seem to do the job of charging and you don't have a smart charger see if you can borrow one as they can generally revive a leisure battery in circumstances like this.

Link to Eglinton. Although I don't own one of the brands they sell, I always use their shop and find the guy behind the counter very helpfull.
Now if only they could get the bits I ordered for my ATC system, I would be really happy.

As well is two words!

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
we looked at Perthshire Caravans when buying our new van but they were a bit expensive, cant comment on servicing. There is a mobile service basted on Shore Road business park, don’t know how good he is.
Sorry I cant be of more help,
Andy

If by chance any of the staff from Overland are reading this post, I'd just like to say to them that I am really sorry to hear this has happened. Every single member of staff I ever encountered there were always a pleasure to deal with - helpful, kind and accommodating. I hope you are all successful in your future careers.
Sorry also to hear of customers adversely affected by this closure. I hope you all manage to resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
I'm sorry for any caravanners who may have lost out through their demise. However many people have had problems with this dealership.
I my case....
1. They messed up delivery dates with many broken promises.
2. They finally delivered the caravan with the wrong upholstery.
3. My first service - told me van was ready to pick up. It wasn't, hadn't been cleaned inside despite promising me it would.
4 it even took them 3 attempts to put the correct number plate on my new van despite them having the registration document in front of them..
So, I am sorry but my experiences of them were not good and I would not have bought or had my van serviced with them again. I know of several others who have had similar problems.
I would try sending them am email via their website. That's probably the best way to try to get a response if no-one is physically there. They may still be remotely checking their site/emails. I hope you get your van back quickly.
