Enduro here. Pulled the van off a muddy pitch down Cornwall one year.

The guy next to us said his mover wouldnt have done that. The van had sunk upto the depth of the tyre sidewall.

Left 2 ruts upto the roadway.

We have a powrtouch too. It's been in two vans and the five year guarantee ran out September 2013. It failed in the July so we phoned Powrtouch who sent someone out to fix it and no quibble that the guarantee ran out in two months. It had blown something in the box in the van which the engineer said he had never seen before but he repaired it and then handed over a new handset too.

Very pleased with their service. I had doubts they would repair it as I have read some stories that the guarantee was worthless.

We have now got a problem in that we hit a very large and deep pothole couple of weeks ago and on reaching home the mover would not engage, it's manual. On looking it seems to have moved out of place under the van so now waiting for our nephew to see if he can repair it.

We have a little money saved and I am trying to persuade my husband to invest in an automatic mover. Pushing the van into our drive was some feat believe me especially when we are both disabled and pensioners, but when there's a will ..........

we have a rieche move control mover,now on my 2nd caravan,1800kgs and it works a treat.refitted it myself as very easy to do, the best £900 spent.
