Hi, We are on site now with this awning: The roof will sag if the ground is not level, but we have found that raising the middle bar and using a tensioner really helps, have had no problems with sagging roof so far.
Hello everyone, ive had a Keswick awning that lasted approx. 5mnths with progressively more problems....
the tabs that attach the ladders (7 or 8) snapping causing more damage.
mis-aligned seams.
zips that after usage then jump or just simply separate under the slightest breeze.
a roof that seems to leaks at will.
poor quality steel as mine actually split ... yes the steel pole actually split.
at the end of the day you pay for what you get....
ive just wasted my money, the company I bought it from are constantly refusing to answer my emails.....
lesson learned on my behalf.
DO NOT BUY a keswick outdoor trail awning. We had ours new last year & it has turned black with mould & leaks every time it rains. Good luck if you do buy one.
