I would guess the scammer has copied this listing from somewhere else complete with name and number. I doubt "Ian" has anything to do with it and doesn't know about this listing.
Yes that's what I mean - as in I doubt that's the actual scammer.
How long does it typically take for eBay to take down scammer adverts?
------------- Excitedly making camping plans for this year.... just can't make up my mind at the moment!
Who ever it is is also unable to get the right pictures on the ads. Most of them have a different items picture at the end of the photos. Well spotted Millermicm

Congratulations To ukcs members for reporting him along with other anti scammer websites he was on. It's just a shame that it's necessary to take the authorities by the sleeve to show them the way.
He has been deregistered by e-bay http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=thomas.ehrlichmann&ftab=AllFeedback so well done everyone.
Yes i took the liberty of finding this member and it states (no longer a registered user). But beware,He will be back somewhere else.Never buy anything expensive without viewing first even from a reputable dealer.
fell for this scam, emailed him for info on an eriba through ebay when i checked for reply all his info had disappeared.two days later i got a text from him saying ebay had notiefied him of my email.what is he and ebay playing at????.
Simple as. They prey on people being greedy and wanting a bargain. A tractor for £6000. When the real advert had it up at £37,000. £9000 for a £30,000 BMW.. etc etc etc...
If its cheap there is a reason. Probably moved to ebay from Autotrader because they had a clampdown. Probably wont last though.
