I live 5 minutes away from Ingleton. Your best route is jct 34, A683 at T junction turn right on A65 to Ingleton, then turn left in Ingleton onto B6255 straight through to Hawes. There is an alternative route which is jct 34, A683, A687,A65 then B6255. Although this is a quicker route, the A687 is quite narrow and does have a lot of lorries, milk tankers etc on it which do struggle to get past each other. The B6255 Ingleton to Hawes road is a lovely road which we have travelled many times both with and without the caravan so you shouldn't have any problems with it.
Looks like a good route, thanks, and according to Google maps it's only about 4 miles further than going on the A687 and less than the J37 route.
