£504 in Berkshire, outdoors, owners on site. Caravan is 24 years old this year I've owed it for 23 years and paid more in storage that it cost initially or is now worth. Guess that's part of the ownership experience.
£400 here in the Midlands - not CASSOA - good storage difficult to find here - usually waiting lists on reasonably priced places with half way decent security.
That's strange Warren.
The only Cassoa site in that area is Mill Farm, Framfield, which I assume is the same one.
I was quoted £430 per annum there but there is a waiting list.
My caravan is 5.9m long by 2.2m wide if that makes a difference.
£600 at the nearest one to me, in Harlow. That's more than I paid for the van! Good job it fits on my house frontage, but I couldn't have a bigger one, this one only just fits.
Our storaeg site hike up their prices by £48 making it £480 a year. When we first started with them it was £360 a year! We have now found a site nearby that is not CASSOA but offers the same as a gold CASSOA site for £300pa. My insurance increased by £0.12p!

Where are you both at?
Currently paying £420 for Gold in Seaton Carew but traveling from Sunderland (no problems yet, we only have plans to travel south or west, but we'll want to head north at some point).
And it's 40 minutes each way if you need to go to it for any reason.

I live in a predominantly rural area and when I had a caravan a local farmer housed it for me in a secure barn for £20 a month. It was as safe there as any advertised caravan storage site, access available any time, and a hosepipe on the farm for washing (the caravan not me).
I am sure there must be 100's of farmers in Sussex who would have been pleased with a bit of extra beer money.
I found a local place on Gumtree, it was someone with a massive driveway and space for two caravans, she charged £200 per year, no security but 24 hour access.
------------- We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.
Why not switch to France ... and holiday on the continent? Though that would, of course, knock out any week-ends etc in the UK.
I store near Angers ... indoors, new facility, very secure, they grease and tyre inflate pre-pick up ...
Cost? 185 EUROS a year.
